Mercury OEM enamel spray paint for Force engines. These paint colors are custom matched to factory Force engines. Mercury enamel spray paints leave a high gloss finish and are fast to dry.

Color: Graphite Gray – for all Force and Tracker Outboards with dark gray hoods, 1997 and older.

How to Apply Mercury Force Engine Paint:

For best results, use when air and can temperature is between 50°F and 80°F and humidity is 60% or less. Avoid spraying in very windy or dusty conditions. cover surrounding area to protect from spray mist.

Dry Time (to touch): 20 Minutes

Dry Time (full cure): 24 Hours

• Prepare surface by priming with Mercury Light Gray Primer (92-802878-52).
• Wipe surface lightly with tack cloth to remove sanding particles and dust.
• Shake can well for one minute after mixing ball begins to rattle. Shake often during use.
• Hold can upright 8-10″ from surface and apply thin, even coats using a steady, uniform back and forth motion.
• Keep the can in motion while spraying and release button after each stroke.
• Apply second coat within 1 hour or after 24 hours.
• Apply Mercury Clear Coat (92-802878-53) 30 minutes after base color has been applied.
